Abseiling : (German: abseilen, "to rope down"), is the controlled descent down a rope; climbers use this technique when a cliff or slope is too steep and/or dangerous to descend without protection.
The abseiling in Clarens is from a 46m sandstone cliff, giving you the best view of Clarens and the Maluti Mountains. If you are a bit scared, let your friends’ and colleagues’ encouragements help you to overcome your fear.
No fear of heights, great, you will enjoy this activity tremendously.
